Thanks to wide experience of our highly qualified employees, RTM can offer professional services designed for organizations who implement management systems based on process approach, project management and requirements of standards.

Our main service is the analysis of organization’s activities in randomly chosen areas performed through audits. Knowledge gained by auditors serves forming of processes describing the specifics of the organization’s activities in a certain area.

Specific analytic tools enable us to perform a simulations cycle showing the effectiveness of mentioned above processes, including calculations of resources (time, involvement of employees, involvement of machines, expenditure of materials, equipment depreciation).
